Qatar’s Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law 13 of 2016) is the home regime, together with the equivalent laws of the GCC states we serve — including Saudi Arabia’s PDPL when we process personal data of a person residing in the Kingdom.

When you submit the booking form we store name, WhatsApp number, clinic or company, selected offer, page source, consent time, and the consent-text version. The inquiry-leak calculator does not store your name.

Legal basis: your explicit consent to be messaged on WhatsApp about this diagnostic, and performance of your request. We do not use the data for other marketing without a fresh consent.

Retention is 24 months, then deletion or anonymisation. Access, correction, and erasure: email info@thedigitalconsultantlb.com. A marketing opt-out is honoured within 15 days. To stop diagnostic WhatsApp messages, reply on WhatsApp or use the same email.

Hosting: Hostinger Cloud (srv1715.hstgr.io), hosted outside the GCC — no Middle East region is available on this plan. The basis for holding GCC lead data outside the region is performance of the contract/request you submitted. We do not sell personal data. Processors may include Hostinger hosting, SMTP email, Cal.com if you book a slot, and Cloudflare Turnstile if enabled.
