These terms are between you and A B for Artificial Intelligence Consultations and Photography (trading as The Digital Consultant) for this website and the paid diagnostic. Governing law: Qatar. The practice is based in Doha and operates across the GCC and the wider Middle East.
Agency Second Opinion is a paid service starting at QAR 4,900. There is no VAT line — Qatar has not implemented VAT. The fee is fixed regardless of verdict. The ten days are Gulf business days (Sunday–Thursday) and start when access is complete, not when you pay.
If your current agency passes, we will tell you to keep them. Outcomes are marketing and operational, not medical results, and not a guarantee of appointment volume.
