Before day one
- Meta Business Manager partner access for the ads accounts used by the clinic.
- Read access to analytics, and Search Console if it exists.
- A WhatsApp export or inbox access covering the last 30 days of patient inquiries.
- The last 90 days of agency reports, in whatever form they already produce.
- A named decision-maker on WhatsApp who can answer within one Gulf business day.
- Signed NDA (below) before any creative or patient-identifiable chats are shared.
NDA, in plain words
You and A B for Artificial Intelligence Consultations and Photography (trading as The Digital Consultant) agree that ad accounts, WhatsApp exports, patient-identifiable messages, and agency reports shared for Agency Second Opinion are confidential. I will not use them to pitch your competitors, publish them, or keep them past the 24-month retention window except as needed to finish the diagnostic or as the law requires. You will not share my scorecard as if it were your agency’s work. Either of us can ask the other in writing to return or erase the files. This is not a substitute for a lawyer’s draft if your compliance team wants one; it is the agreement the diagnostic runs on.
