The 10 days start when I have access (Meta partner, analytics read, WhatsApp export) — not when you pay. You get a one-page checklist and an NDA before day one. Gulf week: Sunday–Thursday, Asia/Qatar.
You leave with a written scorecard: spend vs bookings, WhatsApp leak, Arabic pages, whether their reports match the ad accounts, and a keep / fix / replace verdict.
