WhatsApp One is the operating layer on WhatsApp: conversations, routing, the handoff to a human, and the appointment. Most “WhatsApp marketing” in the Gulf is a chatbot bolted onto a shared inbox. That is not this product.

- You want software the receptionist will use, not a demo that dies after the vendor leaves.

- Do not start with a custom dashboard if the leak is unanswered WhatsApp.
WhatsApp One is a separate product on its own subdomain. Studio work around it is scoped in writing. Qatar has no VAT on the studio invoices.
